NOTE: Couples start in circle formation, both facing line of dance, lady on R side of man with inside hands joined.
STROLL FORWARD, SCUFF, STEP, SCUFF, STEP, SCUFF
1-2 Step forward with his L, her R (1), Lock step in behind with his R, her L (2).
3-4 Step forward with his L, her R (3), Scuff forward with his R, her L (4).
5-6 Step forward with his R, her L (5)' Scuff forward with his L, her R (6).
7-8 Step forward with his L, her R (7), Scuff forward with his R, her L (8).
NOTE: Counts 5-6 originally choreographed as forward shuffle, revised to be a step, scuff as notated. Either is acceptable.
JAZZ BOX TO FACE, TOUCH, VINE TOWARD LINE OF DANCE, TOUCH
1-2 Cross over in front with his R, her L (1), Step back with his L, her R (2).
3-4 Turning 1/4 to face partner, small step side with his R, her L (3), Touch ball of his L, her R (4).
5 Step side toward line of dance with his L. her R, loining free hands.
6-7 Step behind with his R, her L (6). Step side toward line of dance with his L, her R (7).
8 Touch ball of his R, her L.
CROSSOVER WITH LADY'S TURN, STEP, TOUCH, STEP, TOUCH
1-4 He steps R,L,R, touch L as she steps L, R, L touch R. As you do so, change places by releasing
his R hand and turning her 1/2 L under his L hand. As she turns, he walks around her. She will
cross on the reverse line of dance side of the rnan. Count 3 should be a small step toward line of
dance, facing partner with joined hands at waist level, then touch, which will set you up for the
next 4 counts.
5-6 Step side to reverse line of dance with his L, herR(5), Touch his R, her L (6).
7-8 Step side toward line of dance with his R, her L (7), Touch his L, her R (8).
CROSSOVER WITH MAN'S TURN, STEP, TOUCH, STEP, TOUCH
1-4 He steps L, R, L touch R as she steps R, L, R touch L. As you do so, change places again by the
man turning L 1/2 under-his L hand. As he turns, she walks around him. He will cross on the
reverse line of dance side. Count 3 should be a small step toward line of dance, facing partner with
joined hands at waist level, then touch, which will set you up for the next 4 counts.
5-6 Step side to reverse line of dance with his R, her L (5), Touch his L, her R (6).
7-8 Step side toward line of dance with his L, her R (7), Touch his R, her L (8).
VINE TOWARD REVERSE LINE OF DANCE, TOUCH, STROLL FORWARD, SCUFF
1-2 Step side toward reverse line of dance with his R, her L (1), Step behind with his L, her R (2).
3-4 Turning 1/4 to face line of step back with his R, her L (3), Touch his L, her R (4).
5-6 Step forward with his L, her R (5), Lock step in behind with his R, her L (6).
7-8 Step forward with his L, her R (7), Scuff forward with his R, her L (8).
JAZZ BOX, SLAP, SHUFFLE FORWARD TWICE
1-2 Cross over in front with his R, her L (1), Step back with his L, her R (2).
3-4 Turning 1/4 to face partner. step side with his R, her L (3), Touch his L, her R as you slap front hands
together with partner.
5&6 Turning 1/4 to face line of dance, Shuffle forward with outside foot (his L,herR).
7-8 Shuffle forward with inside foot (his~ R, 'her L). -
