It is believed that this document was handwritten by Ransom Osborn Ayres, who was interested in his genealogy; recorded on 4 pages, with pages 1 & 2 of the pages containing an imprinted heading. The handwriting was scrawled across the page from the left edge of the paper to the right edge of the paper. The paper size was approximately 5 7/8 in. x 9 3/8 in.
