Long ago Faeries and witches had an active working relationship. Faerie folk helped raise and direct energy for witches' spells. This was cut off in the past, but can be reclaimed again. Edain Mc Coy's A Witches Guide to Faerie Folk guides witches on how to do this. This was my first book on Faeries, and led me to fall in love with them. As a child I had a stiff viewpoint on Faeries and fantasy in general; I ridiculed it harshly. I don't know why I was like that, exactly, but I'm glad I'm not anymore. The charm of the Faerie folk won me over. When working with Faeries, remain in the safety of a magick circle. Visualize bright white light surrounding you.
