Fredericton has many great trails for cycling! The Fredericton
Freewheelers conduct cycling tours throughout the summer
months. Check them out. They have events for most levels of
recreational cycling.

York-Sunbury
Ground Search and Rescue (YSSR) is one of 12 ground search
and rescue teams within the province of New Brunswick. Founded in
1983 to assist the local policing authorities in search and rescue
activities, the group commenced operations with minimal equipment
and a few members trained in search and rescue techniques. Today,
YSSR is a well-equipped/well trained team with a membership
averaging 65 volunteers who take pride in serving York and Sunbury
counties.

The
Small
Craft Aquatic Centre opens Fredericton's Saint John
River waterfront to all by providing equipment rentals,
instructional courses, guided tours, and outdoor adventure camps.

and Trails - In Fredericton, you can get as close to
nature as possible without having to leave city limits. Hike, bike,
and ski approximately 800 acres of parkland that support and nurture
abundant flora, fauna, and wildlife.

beginning in 1924, we have participated in countless area fish &
wildlife enhancement projects and have become the recognized voice
for York and Sunbury County's hunters and fishers. We are also
very proud of our ongoing commitment to the education of our members
and the general public.
