May 1 (Sat) Paddling Canoeing and kayaking on the Nashwaak River. Easy-moderate depending on water level. Some spare boats may be available. Bring PFD. Dinner afterward.
May 3 (Mon) Orienteering Orienteering Introductory Session #2. 
May 5 (Wed) Biking  Valley Trail. Easy 14 kms. 
May 6-9 (Thurs - Sun) Paddling St. Andrews Paddlefest
May 10 (Mon)   Orienteering  Orienteering Introductory Session #3. 
May 11 Cancelled (Tue)  Instruction Ropes Course Session #1. Pre-registration required. Cancelled - minimum number of participants not reached.
May 12 (Wed) Paddling Sunset paddling on the Fredericton waterfront. Murray and Nevers Islands. Easy to moderate depending on current and wind conditions.
May 12 (Wed) Instruction Learn the proper care and maintenance techniques for your knives (how to sharpen them and keep them sharp). Guest Speaker will be Greg Legere from the Knife and Key Corner. Monthly meeting of the Fredericton Fish and Game Association, Nashwaaksis Atlantic SuperStore (northside) at 7:00 pm 
May 12 (Wed) Biking  Blue Canoe Trail, 15 - 20 kms, easy. Our bike rides are averaging 1 1/2 hours and are generally pretty easygoing. This trail heads toward Fredericton Junction. We could have a coffee at the Restaurant afterwards.

May 15&16  (Thurs - Sun) Paddling Paddling and overnight camping on the Southwest Miramichi River. Difficult. Water will be cool/cold so come prepared. 
May 16 (Sun) Hiking Join the "Saint John Outdoor Enthusiasts" as they hike Hidden Valley in the Sussex area. Confirmation required by May 14.
May 17 (Mon)   Orienteering  Orienteering Introductory Session #4. 
May 18 (Tue)  Instruction Wilderness First Aid Session. (Basics). Note this will not be a certified course and in the limited time span can not possibly cover everything. Necessary training items will be provided but it might be a good idea to bring your current first aid kit to see if it is complete.

Perhaps some of you have received training already. That's great, come along and share your experiences and expertise as well. Everyone should put forth an effort to attend this important event.

May 19   (Wed)   Biking    Burpee Wildlife Management Area. Dirt roads and trails. Moderate. 
May 21-24 (Fri - Mon) Explore Kayak, Bike, Hike, or just lay back with a good book.....Explore Grand Manan in you own fashion.
May 21-24 (Fri - Mon) Camping Hiking and camping at Fundy National Park. Upper Salmon River and Black Hole Trails. Two river crossings. 18 kms. Strenuous.
May 22-24  (Sat - Mon) Paddling Upsalquitch River on May long weekend. This is a very scenic and not very difficult three day river camping trip.
May 28-30 (Fri - Sun) Paddling Paddling and two nights camping along the Kedgwick River. Moderate. Water will be cool/cold so come prepared. 
May 28-30    (Fri - Sun) Instruction "Becoming an Outdoors Woman" Camp Wildwood, Bouctouche, NB. Registration starts 11:00am, Friday. $170.00 covers meals and lodging. Bring sleeping bag and toiletries.
