What Happened To...?
(OG): Part of the misfit crew that Andrew and I ran (WITH IRON
FISTS) in Sequoyah. Short, skinny, blonde, and soft-spoken, yet able to
comprehend why we were the way we were. I never really found out much
about her personal life, and that's probably due to the fact that she
didn't have one. Or did she? I don't know. She gravitated a little more
towards Andrew, so he may be able to shed more light on who she was (or is
it who she "is"?)....
(AX): Amy was one of the first girls to ever dare set foot in our group, and I'm sure it was a test of her will everyday. I tagged along with her & her friends to the mall almost every weekend for a long time, going to the movies and stuff. It became a frustrating kind of friendship, though, because she was hell-bent on living life as a stereotypical teenager. I never quite understood why doing stupid things appealed to her so much, it was almost as if she was trying to anger me. She knew I cared about her a lot, so it always pissed me off to see her do things she knew were wrong. Eventually things fizzled out when I left town, but if you ask me, I lost touch with her way before.
STATUS:
(OG): Last I heard, Amy was dating a doofus who looked like the vulture
from those old Bugs Bunny cartoons ("Gonna catch me a rabbiiiiit....gonna
eat it for dinnnnerrrr..."). Not only was the guy a total loser, he also
managed to get her pregnant. Oh...and her older sister Lisa was a hottie.
Her younger sister Lynn was.....her younger sister. That's all I got 2 say
'bout that.
(AX): Amy and I finally got in touch in fall of 2000. She lives in Doraville (she's still with Zak, they live together) and works in Gwinnett county handling real estate foreclosures. I'm happy to report that she's still got the same sense of humor and personality, but you can tell that her experiences since high school have matured her somewhat.
