| In April, members of the Red Regiment took a 4 day trip to visit New York City to hear and see various forms of musical expression. Besides two Broadway shows and some sightseeing, one of the highlights was to see The Cotton Club in Harlem from which their Marching Show had been patterened. Seems there were amazed at what all you can do in a short amount of time AND on a budget. By planning the trip themselves a lot of money was saved and more things were done.
