The officers for this year, once again enjoyed a get away to Pine Mountain Club Chalets for a leadership retreat. The session this year was expanded to three days and the officers participated in various teambuilding and leadership activities geared toward developing a strong and cohesive group of student leaders.
This was a time that tested the group's patience, humility, and resourcesfullness. Many of the activities required different teams to pull together to provide maximum result and others developed individual personal skills.
These retreats continue to provide benefits to the entire Red Regiment. We have a great group of student leaders this year, and they are ready to put in practice what they have learned. |
