They are not space fearing and are very aggressive. Their skin is very thick and each Otomo has retractable, razor sharp, horns on their head. The most dominant have grown to be 7-8 foot tall and weigh 200-250 lbs.

How met:

While survaying the area arround the NDS the USS Nemesis's away team met the otomo on a M class planet. Covered with eight foot of solid ice in most places these creatures survive burried in the ground.
