Stretching here but I think this says "Lets do water like it's special". Which is a nice thought as an Australian. The other saying around here in Japan is "treat water like water".

Actually- thanks Mika- BTW, "Mizu o taisetsu ni shimasyou." means "Thank you for not running water too much." or "Please be sensible in water use." but we also have a saying, "Yumizu no gotoku tsukau." -- "Use as much as water."that is, "Muda zukai". Water used to be affluent and limitless in Japan, and people didn't think it was precious. They just ran it as much as they wanted.
