My Photo GalleryHey, enjoy these photos. This gallery is a collection of events such as my graduation, casino debut, and Christmas activities. Snapshots from my recent holidays are also included in this gallery. Holiday pictures are centralized upon new scenery, territory, and other people so I won't be appearing in every picture here. Easter 2001During Easter 2001, some pals from Uni invited me to go to Margaret River with them. Aaron, my savior during canoeing, who carried us back from the sea, had learnt how to drive to Margaret River. This was my first time in Margaret River, and it was a long trip. We also made some stops in smaller towns such as Canal Rocks. After making the journey, we didn't consider the additional costs of buying food during stops. The journey actually lasted 3 days long. One night, we slept at a backpackers motel. That was not too expensive, the second night we slept in a place where there were people with tents and people with caravans. It is like a gathering place where holiday people go. It looks like woods and forest, there was atmosphere (heaps of people). The place provided a toilet and shower place. It was cheaper than the backpackers hotel. Graduation & Casino After I Graduated at the End of 2000, the family wanted to bring me to the casino, but I was too young. After my 18th birthday in April 2001, I made my first appearance at the Burswood Casino. During the first time, it was special and I was excited. I've been back there a few times and refuse to play games now. Waste of ma money. Christmas 2002 I decided to wear reindeer ears I bought from a charity at a shopping centre. In 2002's christmas eve, I went to carols come to you, an event where my church's band drives to three places and sings. I hung around Daniel's house, which happened to be the third place. The carolers finally settled here too and had drinks and food. A good feeling of local togetherness in Currambine. Santa gave out free ice cream to the kiddies Miscellaneous Leisurely pictures that do not fall under a category Fremantle day out Rock it 2004
Adelaide 2003 A one week journey to Adelaide by bus, to and fro was unbearable, especially because I could not sleep upright on a bus. From Perth to Adelaide, the journey was about 36 hours, including a few food and toilet stops. Local friends from Perth, and those from Lakes youth group came on this trip. In Adelaide, I found the CBD a bit different to here. They had shops which we didn't have, and the Myer looked much bigger from the outside. When we reached Adelaide, I shared a dorm with about 20-30 people. There were a few dorms. This one week trip felt like two weeks for sure because of the sheer physical activity. Long bus trips followed by a day in town then Planet Shakers. Another factor was money because the bus made to many stops from Perth to Adelaide and vice versa. We always stopped at petrol stations or secluded places (cafeterias) along the Nullabor. In the end due to money consraints I could not get souvenirs I desired. Adelaide City A Perth person visiting the city in Adelaide is probably like an Adelaide person visiting the city in Perth. There are a few differences that make you go 'wow,' but after a few trips you would realise they are pretty much similar. Some differences in Adelaide city I noticed is they have pig statues in the city. Their Myer looks bigger. Nonsensical and irrelevant photos When you're bored, do you go around the house and take photos? Well I do and some of these are probably not worth the effort. The difference between the following pics and the ones above are that no people are present here. They are just snapshots or photos of items.
