The Site:

Okay, this site is reminding people that for a very long time, Mxpx was both religious and punk rockerish
( is that even a word?)
Don't get me wrong there are still good, but their old stuff will always be their best work........
The Band
What began in 1992 as a little jam session with Mike Herrera, and "Andy" manifested into a full-fledge punk band by 1995. Bringing in Yuri Ruley as their drummer, MxPx, originally Magnified Plaid, got signed to Tooth N Nail Records, preforming in Mike's mom garage infront of a TnN representative.
By the end of 1995, and still in High School, MxPx put out numerous e.p.'s, singles, and two full-length albums, Pokinatcha and Teenage Politics. After Pokinatcha, "Andy" left the band, and Tom joined.  By 1997, their third album, "Life in General" came out, putting together another great album, and their last official one for Tooth N Nails.
