FAQs about MS Services
- I know that OleDBPro provides wrappers to use MS Client Cursor Engine
(COView) and Data Shape
(CChapterRecord<T>) services. How about MS
remote and persistence services.
OleDBPro can take advantages of
MS remote and persistence services too. See the examples RemotAcc and
OledbAdo in the sub directory of ExSamples.
It is pointed out that it is a
little tedious to use MS persistence service because currently MS
persistence provider is private to MS ADOs and we have to use it with a big
guy ADOs at this time. Once MS persistence provider is public, you don't
have to bring ADOs to your application for a disconnected rowset.
