Strawberry and Friends Smoothie
servings: 2-5

2-3 packs of strawberries (and juice)
1 pack of blueberries
1-2 bananas
1 can of pineapple slices (in juice)
Natural vanilla ice cream
Pineapple-orange juice

Buy 2-3 packs of fresh strawberries, clean, remove stems, and cut. Place strawberry slices in a large container and cover them completely with sugar. Allow them to sit at room temperature until all the sugar is dissolved and the strawberries have made a decent amount of juice. Pour the strawberry slices and juice into a blender, add one pack (or less) of blueberries, one or two sliced bananas, and one can of pineapple slices (juice included). Add in several scoops of vanilla ice cream to give the drink more consistency. More ice cream means a thicker drink. Add one or two cups (or less) of pineapple-orange juice. Blend well and serve.
