STEP1
The usual!  Lines A, B, C, and D but now, D is longer.

STEP3
The eyes, yes, like the other chacha tutorials, the eyelashes curve from the middle part of the face to line B, make her mouth below line C (below the nose).  The eyebrows are in line A.

STEP2
make the outline of her face.  The first curve is from line A to B then curve again from line B to C, another round curve from line C to line D, then back up at the other side of C, make the ears.  The eyes, the nearer part of the face gets a larger eye but be sure that they are proportional.  The nose is located in line D, above line C.

STEP4
The hair, I always start on the hair on her forehead, curves, curves, curves then look at line D, on its right is a little strand of hair, that's the purpose of a longer line D.  ..connect lines...connect lines... and I added her clothes too.

details, signpen, erase pencil...
