Rules For The FMYA's

~ An "I'm nominated" button or a text link should be on your website before the nomination period ends. It is one of the criteria that is judged so don't lose an easy points for your site or fic.
~ if you nominate someone else's site or fics we will inform them of the nomination.
~ no hate sites that means no racial  or homosexual bigotry.
~ don't try to bribe the judges (I mean jeesh it's just an awards site you aren't getting a million dollars.)
~ if your fic or site did not win in the previous round you can nominate yourself again in the next round. But please no rude emails to me or the judges or you will be disqualified and banned from participating in any other rounds.

~All Winners and Runner Up's in a previous round category are not allowed to participate in the same categories they were awarded in any other rounds.

For Fic Nominations
1. Your fic has NC17 content
2. No character bashing fics.
3. You may only enter up to four categories (with the same fic).
4. All Spike/Buffy fanfics can only be nominated in the Spike/Buffy awards section
and not in the general BTVS/ATS section.
5. What is Conventional? All ships that have appeared on any of the shows as an actual couple.

ATS/BTVS > Buffy/Angel, Buffy/Riley, Buffy/Spike, Anya/Xander, Willow/Oz, Willow/Tara, Spike/Dru, Spike/Harmony, Giles/Jenny, Giles/Olivia, Cordelia/Xander, Fred/Gunn, Angel/Darla.

Alias > Sydney/Vaughan, Emily/Arvin, Francine/Will, Jack/Laura a.k.a Irina

Charmed > Prue/Andy, Piper/Leo, Phoebe/Cole

Smallville > Jonathon/Martha, Lana/Whitney

6. What is unconventional?  All slash ships!!!!!  Except for Willow/Tara of course.  Below are examples
 BTVS/ATS>Giles/Buffy, Joyce/Spike Anya/Spike, Angel/Cordy, Wesley/Fred, Connor/Dawn, Spike/Darla, Spike/Fred, Spike/Glory and etc.
Alias > Sydney/Will, Arvin/Sydney, Irina/Vaughan, Francine/Vaughan

Charmed > Cole/Paige, Piper/Daryl, Leo/Prue

Smallville > (I consider these uncon because none of them have EVER really dated) Clark/Lana, Clark/Chloe, Lana/Lex, Whitney/Tina, Martha/Lionel


For Site Nominations
1. That your site has NC17 fanfic.
2. No anti-Character or anti-show sites.
3. No anti-shipper sites (if I see any anti-ship banners on your site I will remove you from the nominees list).
4. You may only enter up to three categories.
5. Your site must have clear warnings that there is NC17 content visible.
6. If you are nominating your site for Best New Site then your site must follow this criteria.
    a. that is has NC17 content.
    b. that your site has less than 1000 hits or is less than 6 months old.
7. You can not nominate yourself for the 'Judge's Choice Award'

 

For Fanart & Video Awards

1. All FMYA Challenges must meet the requirements set in the challenge or they will be disqualified.

2. If we find that you have stolen someone else's video or fanart you will be disqualified and banned from participating in any other FMYAward rounds.

3. Your name should be present on the video in the opening or some way of identifying that you are the creator/

4. All Splash Graphic awards will be given to the site not the creator.  If the site owner is not the creator a second award will be made for the creator, just let me know.
