Black Lady doesn't join the Black Moon peeps until the very end. As for my opinion of her, it's pretty neutral. She's not stupid or anything, but I don't find her all that amazing. She's the only, repeat only, character that I liked better in the English dub. In Japanese she was...I dunno. Something. She cussed all the time and I was like, shut up. But in English she was just evil, the right amount. But of course, in English she's *mocking voice* Wicked Lady.
Anime Black Lady. She joined the Black Moon crew right after Esmeraude died. I always wondered what a meeting between them would be like...scary. Anyhow, Wiseman brainwashed Chibi-usa and sent the power of the Dark Crystal into her veins. She became very powerful and filled the Dark Crystal planted in Tokyo with energy. The senshi and Wiseman fought back and forth over her personality, but finally, during the final battle, the senshi triumphed and seh became Chibi-usa once more.
Manga Black Lady was pretty much the same. She worked exclusively for Wiseman and didn't really care about anyone else. Her job was to get the two Silver Crystals, past and future. She did that easily, but unfortunately Dimando stole them and tried to blow up the world. But Pluto stopped time and that was the end of that. The senshi, just like always, managed to restore her to Chibi-usa and she transformed into Sailor Chibi Moon for the first time! How very exciting. Ha, ha. Just kidding. I many like the villains, but Chibi-usa is awful cute. ^ ^
An interesting side note, Black Lady was in love with Mamoru-san in both anime and manga. That's kinda scary, considering he's her dad...ewies...
And that's about all there is to Black Lady. Beautiful, mysterious, and evil to the core, she's a great villain.
