My, my my. The mysterious, beautiful, and most dramatic Prince of White. Obviously my favorite character in Sailor Moon, he's the model of a pure hearted villain.
Exiled to Nemesis, the Black Moon Clan's bitterness against the people of Earth, and the Moon, steadily grew. Prince Dimando and his people finally put thought into motion and stuck out against the White Moon with the help of Wiseman. They nearly suceeded, but were unable to penetrate the Crystal Palace. They traveled into the past and sought to destroy Tokyo in the past. They failed, and Dimando was eventually murdered by Wiseman - protecting Sailor Moon.
Dimando was a man of many faces. His softest side surfaced when he was near his younger brother, Safiel. He loved his brother deeply and felt is was his duty to protect him. Safiel knew of Wiseman's betrayal and tried to warn Dimando, but Wiseman killed him before he could. This was what ultimately opened Dimando's eyes to Wiseman's treachery.
Another side of Dimando was the determination he had to have his revenge. Hard as, well, a diamond, he never faltered in his plans and would let nothing stand in his way. This partly led to his downfall - he let the plan continue instead of confronting Wiseman about his brother's murder. He felt that success was more important than the honor of his brother - a true diamond in the rough.
The only weak side of our Dimando was his love for Neo - Queen Serenity. When he learned that Sailor Moon was her past self, suddenly nothing, not even the plan was as important as him having Sailor Moon all to himself. He kidnapped her several times, but she always managed to escape. My friend Pipsi likes to refer to him as "That child molesting sicko" for this, but, hey, it's all in the personality.
Now that you know about his personality, take a look at the rest of Dimando. The hair, the eyes, and of course *drools* the purple cape. But who can forget everyone's favorite part of Dimando, the shoes? I personally don't find them all that exciting, but, they they are pretty cool. My favorite part of Dimando is his eyes - violet eyes. His hair is long and silver, and his skin as pale as snow...*faints*
*is slapped awake by her friend Balloonhead*...oh...sorry. I get carried away just thinking about him. Well, my friends, that is the elusive and ever unconquerable Prince Dimando.
