CISAA

League: Private school conference with teams from Aurora, Port Hope and Toronto.

Defending champs: St. Michael's

Skinny: Toronto Star all-star DE Derek Wiggan and RB Akeel Lynch, who scored 30 touchdowns last year playing for the junior team, will lead the three-time defending Metro Bowl champs at St. Michael's; Villanova opened as a school 10 years ago with 23 students and now could be on the verge of a league title; De La Salle, winners of the 2002 Golden Horseshoe Bowl, no longer has a senior team; LB Derek Allen at Trinity could be the best at his position in the league; multi-sport athlete David Head is a WR at St. Andrew's and was chosen to the Star's all-star baseball team last year.

Star Prediction: Close race for title with St. Mike's, St. Andrew's and Villanova
