This is the Northwest Orient Airlines schedule for July 1, 1953.

Northwest operated with DC-3s', DC-4s', Boeing Statocruisers', and Super Constellations'.

They operated with flights from Chiago to Seattle with one flight with a super constellation, one flight from Chicago to Twin Cities with a stratocrusier, ond flight with s statocruiser from Washington to Minneapolis, Chicago to Seattle with one flight and one flight from Minneapolis to Seattle(Statocruisers), two flights from New York to Detroit(Stratocruisers), New York to Twin Cities with three flights(Stratocruisers), There were several flights from New York, Washington, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Seattle, to Tokyo, Taipei, Manila, Hong Kong*(via Hong Kong Airways), Okinawa, and Korea. They also operated limited flights within the USA.

A Stratocruiser is shown on the timetable. This, along with the Super Constellations, were largest airliners operating at this time. These were all propeller operated aircraft as this was before the jet age.
