Sailing at Chaisson Office. Really powered up with a 6.0 and barely any chop. I could have been using a 5.0	Same location. This is an incredible place for jibe practice!

Reasons why Shippagan is better than Hatteras:

• NO SHARKS!!!
• shorter drive (12? hours, especially if you take Hwy 180 shortcut through NB)
• cheaper (and in $CDN!)
• incredibly friendly locals who are more than happy to show you all their favourite "secret" spots!
• don't need a 4wd to get to the best wave spots

• A guy from New Brunswick bought a detailed summary of wind speeds of the east coast, and Shippagan is within a few knots of windspeed (some times less, sometimes more!)
• no long, expensive ferry to have to deal with
