* Exported from MasterCook * Rice Krispy Chicken Recipe By :Jeannette Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Lowfat, Low Calorie Savory new recipe Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces chicken breasts -- boneless and skinless (4 @ 4oz each) 1/4 cup fat-free ranch salad dressing -- or other fat free creamy dressing 3 cups Rice Krispies® -- crushed with hand (you still want big bits along with smaller crumbs) Brush the chicken breasts with salad dressing. Put the Rice Krispies into a pie plate. Roll the chicken in the cereal. Put chicken onto a parchment papered cookie sheet. Add some more cereal to the bare spots. Spray with pan spray, or for crispier topping do not spray. Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 400, or until the juices are clear. I don't use boneless chicken breasts- too expensive. If you use bone in, like I do, 4.5 oz raw breast will substitute for the boneless. Cook for 45 minutes if using bone in breasts.
