                             Cranberry Bread

                        dry ingredients:
  2               cups  flour
     1/2           cup  sugar
  2          teaspoons  baking powder
     1/2      teaspoon  baking soda
  1           teaspoon  cinnamon
                        wet ingredients:
  1                cup  cranberries -- whole or chopped
     3/4           cup  cranberry juice -- most likely not light
     1/4           cup  applesauce

1. Perheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine dry ingredients ina bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir just to moisten.

3. Pour into a non stick loaf pan and bake for 45 min. or until done.
