The image in the upper left hand corner is the Jack Junior "Freeze Plug". We can make these plugs from cast iron or brass, your choice. The image above/right  is a Fairbanks Morse Jack Junior valve with a 5/16" shaft.

FBM -  Fuel Pump Plungers

 What does your Fairbanks Morse gas engine fuel plump plungers look like these days? If it looks like the far left image it needs replaced. I'm currently making replacement plungers. This plunger measures 1/2" OD x 3 1/4" long. Inside the plunger we machine a checkball seat that works with a 1/4" diameter brass checkball to prevent fuel back flow. The cap is machined for a firm press fit and is made from 4140 steel to provide long wear. If you have a different size plunger please let us know - we'll quote you a price and make one up for you.

The image at far right below is a completed plunger after check ball is placed inside and cap has been press fit.
