Relocating skill in an information age: an African experience

It will describe the activities of a group of UK and European-based researchers working with African colleagues and within the limitations of a developing country's infrastructure to achieve a sustainable presence on the World Wide Web of marginalised groups.

This work will be placed in the context of issues of access and exclusion raised in the Globalisation debates currently raging around WTO, World Bank and other institutional policies.
