Combine all wet ingredients; slowly add dry ingredients.

Once all dry ingredients are added, knead for about 2 minutes. Let dough rest for about 10 minutes.

Roll out dough on a greased surface (wax paper works). roll out as thin as you like (about 1/2" thick), then cut with a pizza cutter to make squares, or use a cookie cutter about.

Bake at 350oF. for about 45 min. Shut off heat & let cool in the oven overnight. This will make them be good and crunchy.

Store in an airtight container.

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tsb. Honey
1/2 cup skim milk
