Now that we have
gone over a few of the basics of worship, why don't you try it yourself!
Remember, the three P's? Well, prepare, purify and
participate! Listen to the music, concentrate on Jesus and give
Him your all! That is basically all there is to it. Enter
into His awesome presence! He will bring you joy and peace, no
matter what your current
circumstances are!
But I am not a Christian, you might say.
I don't know how to be
saved. Well, my answer to you is that it is so easy! All you have
to do is confess that you are a sinner, believe that God sent His son to
die for you, that He raised Him from the grave, and turn your life over
to Jesus. You don't have to put it off until you have a chance to
get your 'act together'! You don't have to be worthy! He
died for us while we were yet sinners. You are a sinner, so
therefore you qualify for His grace! Accept it, it is freely
given. Let Him into your heart, He will make you new!
Have you ever heard the story of the fireman, who's hand was so badly
burned that the only way the doctors thought they had a chance of saving
it was to sew it up into his own body? Well, that's what they
did. They opened a place in this man's side and put the badly
disfigured hand inside, and then they sewed it back up! Some time later, they opened it up and removed his hand, and a
miracle had happened. The body had renewed the hand. It had
made new cells and the hand had been restored!
Well, that is what Jesus will do for you! He will take you unto
and into Himself, and He will make you a new person! He will renew
you, He will restore you, He will give you peace and joy and rivers of
living water will flow from you! God still performs miracles
today. He is the same God yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
What He has done for others, He Will Do For You! All you have to
do is reach out, meet Him half way, accept his grace and salvation!
