Breakfast Casserole
6 Lg eggs
1 Tsp salt
2 Bread slices, cubed
1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 Cup milk
1 Tsp dry mustard
1 Lb sausage, browned and drained
Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and mustard. Mix well.
Grease bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Place in layer of bread cubes, layer of sausage, layer of cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the top. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350
o
F for 45 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
Note: For 8 people, use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
Yield: 6 servings.
