Breakfast Casserole
6 Lg eggs
1 Tsp salt
2 Bread slices, cubed
1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 Cup milk
1 Tsp dry mustard
1 Lb sausage, browned and drained
  • Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and mustard. Mix well.
  • Grease bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
  • Place in layer of bread cubes, layer of sausage, layer of cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the top. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350oF for 45 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
  • NOTE: For 8 people, use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.

  • Yield: 6 servings.
