Chicken Adobo
6 Chicken breasts
1/2 Cup vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
12 Garlic cloves, crushed
12 Peppercorns, crushed

- Wash chicken. Place in a baking dish that is large enough to hold all of the chicken
- Add the rest of the ingredients and marinate for 1 hour. Make sure chicken is covered with liquid.
- Preheat oven to 325oF.
- Cook chicken for 90 minutes.
- Note: boned and skinned chicken works best because it holds in the most flavor. Marinating the chicken will enhance the flavor, but is not necessary.
- Yield: 6 servings.
