30 Oz frozen chopped broccoli
16 Oz ricotta cheese, part skim milk
2 Cup cooked turkey, chopped
2 Cup spaghetti sauce
8 Oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
Thaw broccoli and squeeze out any liquid.
Put about 1/3 of the broccoli in the bottom of a lightly oiled casserole.
Spread half of the ricotta over the broccoli. Sprinkle on half the turkey.
Spoon on 1/2 the spahgetti sauce. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layering process using another 1/3 of the broccoli, the rest of the ricotta, turkey, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Finish with the final 1/3 broccoli.
