Pork Chops with Vinegar Glaze
1 Lb pork loin chops
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 Cup white vinegar
1/2 Cup beef broth
Pepper to taste
  • Brown chops in skillet. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, about 4 minutes.
  • Pour in vinegar, scraping up brown bits from bottom of skillet with wooden spoon.
  • Cook for 2 minutes until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in broth.
  • Return chops to skillet and cook for 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through.

  • Yield: 4 servings.
