Easy Drop Danish
2 Tsp sugar
1/4 Cup margarine, melted
2 Cup Bisquick Original baking mix
1/4 Cup preserves, any flavor
2/3 Cup milk

- Heat oven to 450oF.
- Mix margarine, sugar, and baking mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until dough forms. Beat 15 strokes.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Make a shallow well in center of each with back of spoon. Fill with 1 tsp preserves.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- For glaze, beat 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp warm water and 1/4 tsp vanilla until smooth.
- While warm, drizzle with glaze.
