Deep-Dish Quiche Pizza
A low-carbohydrate recipe
4 Oz cream cheese
4 Eggs
1/4
Cup Parmesan cheese
1/3
Cup half-and-half
1/2
Tsp oregano
3 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4
Tsp garlic powder
1/4
Cup tomato sauce
1 Oz pepperoni sausage
Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder.
Spray 9-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Put 2 cups of mozzarella cheese in dish and pour in egg mixture. Mix and spread evenly.
Bake at 375
o
F for 30 minutes.
Spread on tomato sauce, sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and layer with pepperoni.
Bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly and brown.
Yield: 4 servings.
