Individual Cheesecakes

1 Pkg vanilla wafers
16 Oz cream cheese
3/4
Cup sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
Line a 6-cavity muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Bake at 375
o
F for 15 minutes.
Can be topped with your choice of pie filling.
Yield: 6 cakes
