Kat's Stew 1 1/3 Lbs ground beef or turkey
2/3 Lb pasta
1 1/8 Lbs tomato sauce
2/3 Lb nonfat mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 2/3 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/3 Tsp oregano
1 1/3 Tsp basil
1/3 Tsp pepper
1 1/3 Tbsp onion, minced


  • Brown ground beef in skillet and drain off fat.
  • Boil water, and cook pasta. Drain.
  • Add tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, barlic powder, black papper, and minced onion to ground beef.
  • Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Combine pasta and ground beef mixture in casserole.
  • Top with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 350oF for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
