Swiss Veggie Medley

  • Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can fried onions.
  • Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350oF for 30 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese, onions, and bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
16 Oz frozen brococoli, carrots, and cauliflower
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
4 Oz swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 Cup light sour cream
1/4 Tsp pepper
1 Can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
