Peanut Butter Balls
A Central School Recipe


2 to 3 Cups peanut butter (crunchy)
1 Cup granola or toasted wheat germ
1 Cup dried skim milk
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Cup toasted coconut
1/2 Cup chocolate chips



  • Mix cereal, milk, powder, sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.
  • Add enough peanut butter to make the mixture stiff, but not crumbly.
  • Roll the mixture into balls.
  • Cover the balls with the coconut.
  • Store in covered container in the refrigerator.

  • Yield: 5 dozen balls.
