Turkey Breakfast Sausage
1 Lb ground turkey
3/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp ground thyme
3 Tsp sage
1/8 Tsp cavenne
1/8 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 Pinch cloves
Combine meat and spices. Mix in bowl or food processor.
Make into 8 patties (2 oz each), stack, and freeze in a zip lock bag.
When ready to use, thaw completely, separate, and dry. Fry in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
