3/4 Cup skim milk
1 Cup water
2 Cups frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted, well-drained
1/8 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp parsley, freeze-dried
1 Tsp margarine
1/4 Tsp pepper
2 Eggs
4 Slices lowfat swiss cheese
15 Oz salmon, canned; or tuna, in water
