Additional Volunteer Opportunities
Another opportunity for volunteers would be to visit a group home and conduct an activity for the residents. Example: bingo, crafts, sing-a-long, games. The only limitation is your imagination! If you would like to visit the homes with Katherine to ascertain the type of program you would like to present, or if you are interested in conducting an activity, call Katherine @ 937-274-2212 or email her at outreachk@voyager.net!Financial donations are greatly needed and always appreciated. and all donations count as a tax deduction!
Donations of food that can be served during our Dustin House activities are always appreciated! Examples would be: diet caffeine-free soda, candy (diabetic and regular), commercially prepared cookies and other baked goods in amounts that will serve 50 people, nutritional juice drinks, decaffeinated coffee (ground – no the whole bean), diabetic cookies or other diabetic baked goods (enough to serve 30), sugar and creamer for coffee.

Donations of gift certificates to Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Pay-Less Shoe Store, or Men’s Big and Tall stores to enable us to provide clothing and shoes for the residents.
Donations of full sized toilet articles: deodorant, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes, sunscreen, lotion, shaving cream, toothbrushes.
Donations of tee shirts of all sizes from small to 6X for male and female, baseball hats, sunglasses, women’s purses, male and female styled wallets, and boxed birthday cards!
