On a scale of 10 i would give this an 8. I have had a pro-carbine for about a year and a half now and have had no problems with it. The gun is realy durable and wont get mesed up. I have put many mods on it and it shoots almost as good or better than my Mag. The Stock trigger has a verly long and hard trigger pull. You have to take the foregrip off to take the barel out (this geta annoying). It is hard to field strip. Co2 in the winter on this gun is not to good. I get very low shot numbers. So why choose a Pro-Carbine over a Model 98? Thats a common question. What it all comes down to is personal taste. The 98 has sort of a assult rifle feel to it while the Pro-Carbine has a sort of sniper rifle feel to it. Most people like the 98's feel more so it has more upgrades for it. Both guins are made by Tippmann and you know your getting a good product from them. High Points: Durable gun, and sniper feel Low Points: Gas hog in winter, hard disasembaly, not very prety, not many upgrades - JON |
