The role of the OCN is to facilitate the ongoing improvement of living in and/or investing in large strata title buildings. The primary focus of OCN is to lobby government for necessary changes to strata and building policy and legislation. Further to this, the OCN strives to educate executive committees and individuals through the sharing of knowledge and experiences.
In order to achieve our on-going objective, we strive to enable free flowing communication through the network. The OCN communicates in a number of means including meetings, email groups, and this internet web site / community.
