date: 12-i dont know-01 venue: Living Room bands: sworn enemy, spark lights friction, unearth, poison the well Even if you dont like the whole metal thing......I mean come on, its Poison the Well.  Probably one of the biggest bands in hardcore right now.  I wasn't suprised, but kind of didnt expect that they would play the Living Room.  Maybe I am way off, but I thought they were bigger than that.  I thinks its fuckin bad that they are playing the venue!!  So I had a soccer game in LA at like 6, which sucked bad, cause I knoew I was gonna be late, and I knew I would have to drive all fast and shit.  So I ended up driving llike 85 the whole way, and I got from Burbank to Go-leta in an hour and a half.  It was fuckin rad, and scary at the same time.  So I got there and I missed the first two bands, which sux, cause I heard the first band ruled!!  They were like OLC, but tougher I guess.  Anyways, I dont know anything about the 2nd band that played, I didnt hear anything ssooo.   Unearth played after I had been there for llike 10 minutes.  Basically these guys are good, bottom line!!  They have really tough mosh, and their singer is really good.  They kinda sound like....i dont know...they are pretty much metal-core.  But not just metal core, their breakdowns are really really tough, and they have like thses kind of Iron Maiden solos...good stuff!!!  People were going pretty nuts for them.  I thought they got a good reaction overall, there were more people dancing than singing along but it was fun.  They aref rom Boston Mass.  which is kinda unusual, I mean cause when I think of Boston hardcreo I think of TYF and IME, you know, youth crew hardcore.  Anyways, they were good, I hope to see them some time again!!  Up next was Poison the Well!!  Basically they are one of my favorite bands ever..they are sssoo good!!  They played all the good songs off of their CD.  Everyone was going crazy..moshing up the dance floor, singing along, jumping off of every thing they could see, just basically fucking each other up.  It was rad...some of the sickest sing alongs Ive ever seen!!  They played some neew ones and judging from those, their new record is gonna rule, it sounds like it has more emo parts to it..cool!!!  Thsoe thats it.. late XXX
