Venue: moorpark/rec. center
Bands: siren, someone else, whatever it takes, elleventh hour
Allright so I go over to Javiers house, I think I did a count there was like 30 people.  But it was really cool because we leave and then everyone shows up after we got lost and out comes like 30 oxnard kids, I'm sure moorpark was like what the fuck just happened.  Anyway, so the venue was new, it was okay there wasn't a stage but it wasn't that bad.  the room was pretty big though.  I wasn't expecting a lot of people to show up though.  But then I was talking to the guy who set up the show and he said that there is a lot of kids in the scene, so I was like cool.  Well there ended up being like 150 kids there.[approxiametly]  So that was pretty cool.  So the first band started siren, that had the whole metal/rock thing going on which was okay, it wasn't my favorite, but at least they are getting out there.  The moorpark kids apperantely didn't knkow what a circle pit was.  So they had the whole go out and wreck people thing.  The next band was up.  I'm really sorry I forgot their name.  But the circle pit started.  [It took a while for moorpark to figure out that you are supposed to go in a circle.  But it ended up okay.]  The band covered a Bad Religion song so that rocked, so they got an okay reaction, but no mosh.  Up next was Whatever it takes.  There was supposed to be no cussing so they ended with two words.  But their set ruled.  It was funny because I don't think that Moorpark had ever seen any mosh.  So it was kind of like a lesson, and I think the oxnard kids taught well.  GOOD JOB!!!   The elleventh hour guys were the only ones that were keeping it real on the dance floor, so that ruled.  The Moorpark kids were like in awe at seeing their first hardcore band, so whatever it takes got a really good reaction.  Up next was the elleventh hour.  I was looking forward to seeing them, because I had seen them at the lobby show that one time with whatever it takes and I really liked them.  They have a little metal mixed in with good solid hardcore.  I was getting mad though because the moorpark kids thought there was a cirlce pit during the breakdowns, so there was absolutely no room to get your mosh in.  During one of the breakdowns, I hit the ground so hard that my knuckles got really really fat and swolen up and they were bleeding really bad.  So I had to sit it out for a couple songs.  But I was back during the last song.  Good Job elleventh hour you guys kill.  Towards the end there was a few people standing in the middle waiting for the mosh, but it's okay.  Looking froward to seeing elleventh hour again
sorry if something is wrong or misspelled
