date: man i dont know...fuck dates venue: Pats Wharehouse bands: Holier Than Thou, The Control, Holding On. In Control Holier Than Thou was up first, I wasnt expecting there to be a lot of kids there, because it was a week day, and there wasnt really a big band that would atract alot of people except In Control.  But there was like 70 people there or so, I dont know exactly, I am bad with numbers anyway.  Holier Than Thou was up first, they played a blistering fast set, with somw kids getting their circle pit action on, and there was some sing-along.  Not my favorite band, but I watched their set .  Maybe if their singer moved a little more I would be into htem more, but he just stands and sings, its rather boring.  Also I think they have a differnt band member every time they play.  Whatever..they finished up and I went to go get something to eat, since I really wasnt interested in seeing The Control.  Zack said that their firrst song off of their full length I thinnk it was or something, was one of the best hardcore songs ever, cause their singer screams for like 15 seconds before the insturments ring in.  Ive never heard it, but I would suppose its pretty good, if thats what happens.  Anyways, I came back and Holding On was starting up.  I wanted to see these guys cause the last time they came out with Th Real Enemy I missed them, and I heard some decent things about them.  So they started up, and everyone in the band was moving it pretty good, their singer was everywhere in e veryones face, and their guitar played was jumpin everwhere...Good Stuff!!!!!  I was pleased with what I heard.  Kinda old school hardcore some basic riffs and some decent mosh.  Lots of cirle pit action, but there was only like two people singing along.  I would have bought something from them,but I didnt have any money, bummer.  After them was In Control.  I cant remember their set very well, cause I was moshing the hell out of things [if thats possible] !!!  I think thye started with the intro, but Im not sure, they mixed up some new ones with some old ones.  During "Omega Point" it was like a fuckin prison break, everyone was trying to mosh!!  But it was all fun.  I thnik they ended with "Oxnard-Crew", I jumped off of the refrigator, bad ass....but then I yelled out Nard-Tro, they played it, and I looked over from where I was in the middle of the dance floor, and I see Ryans face all bloody, I dont know what happened, but It was really gnarly!!  His whole face was covered in blood!!  I was kind of afraid to sing-along, but fuck it dud... Fun show!!!!
