My dogs caught this boar one early morning after my friend shot and missed.It took the dogs a couple of tries before they really had him good. Even then I had a hard time grabbing his leg to knife him ,but after a couple of tries I got him. He weighed in at 168 lbs. with 4 1/2" tusks.

Me and a couple of friends caught this boar one day after work. The dogs caught him right away and didn't let him go. He hurt one of my friends dogs really bad, we had to carry the dog to the truck and with a little work he was alright and hunting in a couple weeks. The boar weighed about 135 lbs. with 2 3/4" tusks.

This was a boar that got away after I shot at him a month before this day. Even after I shot at him he cut up three of my dogs really bad before he ran away. But this day he didn't get away ,I recognized him because when I shot at him a month ago I seen he had two big scars on his side that looked like someone shot him before, and this boar had the same two scars. The dogs caught him and in no time I was there to knife him. He weighed 145 lbs. and his tusks were 3".

This is a picture of a boar my dogs caught on March 24, 2001 , and my Toyota that takes me hunting every chance I get. The boar weighed in at 120 lbs. with 2 1/2" tusks. I never found one dog that I lost on that day ,I'm not sure but I think the boar killed him.
