I'm new to Volvos, but now I'm sure I won't drive any other car. A few months
ago I bought a '93 850 GLT with 99,000 mi. Under the hood, there's a sticker
which says, "Byte Exchange", and someone wrote "98,000 mi" on it. What does
this mean???

Thanks,
Tom

Byte exchange is the sticker which is placed in the engine bay
(typically on the timing belt cover) when the timing belt is changed,
indicating at what mileage it was changed.
