Although I have had this bloody thing for more than 12 months, it never ceases to do the wrong thing by me. I think that I may have been able to pass on a message to Tony Nibbs daughter, more by way of sympathy than help. Tried to call up Carlo but got a knock back, keep me informed about the reunion in Newcastle please, my wife was born just North of there. so a nostalgic journey may not be out of the question.

Just noticed that Tom has passed away, according to your list. Tom, and wife Jan were God parents to our daughter Naada when she was christened at the Chapel at RAAF Edinburgh. Perhaps his duties as a WOD were too much for him. Please advise.

Hi, my name is Alan Deacon, i was an adg from 78-83
I was on adg basic course 29 and was shocked to hear of
john tottey's passing ,we joined in brissy together,
and were both posted to willytown but i got posted to
amberley in 80 and i lost touch with him. sympathies
go to his family and friends, he was one of the good
blokes.
congrats on a beaut site, i found it purely by
accident and spent 3 hours checking it out.
i'm also looking for kd fisher, he was my best man if
anyone knows of his wherabouts i'd be grateful

I’ve got a letter from bill (Smedley) Strong with some updates for the web site which I’ve retyped and attached.
When you’ve got a minute can you make the necessary changes or additions please mate.
You’ll also notice that I’ve put a note at the bottom of Smed’s letter about a photo that he was supposed to have included, but it’s not in the envelope with the letter, so I’ll leave you to sort that one out if possible.

At last found this excellent site again, i had lost contact of it back in the late part of 2001. Being an ex Royal Air Force Regiment Gunner ( Rock Ape ), i find this site really interesting and often i am found to be doing a recce of it. Keep it up, excellent job mates!!
