Resume of George W. Bush The White House, USA EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: LAW ENFORCEMENT: I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol. I pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving record has been "lost" and is "not available". MILITARY: I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use. By joining the Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam. COLLEGE: I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a cheerleader. PAST WORK EXPERIENCE: I ran for U.S. Congress and lost. I began my career in the oil business in Midland, Texas, in 1975. I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas. The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock. I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer money. With the help of my father and our right-wing friends in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected governor of Texas. ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS: I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union. During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America. I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money. I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history. With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's (Daddy's) appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President after losing by over 500,000 votes. ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT: I am the first President in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal record. I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week. I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S. Treasury. I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S. history. I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period. I set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12-month period. I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. stock market. In my first year in office, over 2 million Americans lost their jobs and that trend continues every month. I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her. I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. President. I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations. My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. history, Enron. My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision. I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution. More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of the biggest corporate rip-offs in history. I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed. I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history. I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts. I appointed more convicted criminals to administration than any President in U.S. history. I created the Ministry of Homeland Security, the largest bureaucracy in the history of the United States government. I've broken more international treaties than any President in U.S. history. I am the first President in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove the U.S. from the Human Rights Commission. I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of Law. I refused to allow inspectors access to U.S. "prisoners of war" detainees and thereby have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention. I am the first President in history to refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. election). I set the record for fewest number of press conferences of any President since the advent of television. I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one-year period. After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history. I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most hated country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history. I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protest against any person in the history of mankind. I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, preemptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community. I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families -- in war time. In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq, then blamed the lies on our British friends. I am the first President in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security. I am supporting development of a nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster," a WMD. I have so far failed to fulfill my pledge to bring Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein to justice. RECORDS AND REFERENCES: All records of my tenure as governor of Texas are now in my father's library, sealed and unavailable for public view. All records of SEC investigations into my insider trading and my bankrupt companies are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view. All records or minutes from meetings that I, or my Vice-President, attended regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public review. PLEASE CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE WHEN VOTING IN 2004. |

Jackson in Timberlake What a load of bull the public made about a simple boob !!!. Now on the other hand had this of happened well that would have been a whole different story. |
Knew it was only a matter of Time |
Ole, from the little farm community of Viroqua, Wisconsin, married an attractive local farm girl, Lena, half his age. After several months, Lena complained that she had never climaxed during sex; and according to her Grandma, all Norwegian farm women are entitled to a climax once in a while. So, to resolve the problem, they went to see the large-animal Vet since there was no trustworthy doctor anywhere in Vernon County. The Vet didn't have any sure-fire ideas, but he did recall how, during the hot summer, his Mother and Dad, Olga and Sven, would fan a cow that was having any difficulty birthing a calf to cool her down, relax her, and make her struggles easier. So, the Vet suggested that they might hire someone to wave a towel over them while they were having sex. This, the Vet said, might cause the young wife to relax and climax. Not wanting the word of their troubles to spread around Viroqua County, the couple hired Lars, a young college student from the big city of Madison, to wave a towel over them as the Vet suggested. After several efforts, there was still no climax for Lena. They went back to the Vet. The Vet thought some more and then suggested that Lena change partners and let Lars have sex with her while Ole tried waving the towel. They tried it that night and Lena went into wild, shuddering, ear-splitting climaxes, one after another. When it was over, Ole smugly looked down at Lars and said, "Ya see, city slicker, now dat's how ya vave a towel !! |

In Good Company" Creating the Vietnam Vet When the Lord was creating Vietnam veterans, He was into His 6th day of overtime when an angel appeared, "You're certainly doing a lot of fiddling around on this one." And God said, "Have you seen the specs on this order? A Nam vet has to be able to run 5 miles through the bush with a full pack on, endure with barely any sleep for days, enter tunnels his higher ups wouldn't consider doing, and keep his weapons clean and operable. He has to be able to sit in his hole all night during an attack, hold his mates as they die, go scout in unfamiliar territory known to be VC infested, and somehow keep his senses alert for danger. He has to be in top physical condition existing on 1 man rations and very little rest. And he has to have 6 pairs of hands." The angel shook his head slowly and said, "6 pairs of hands...no way." "It's not the hands that are causing me problems.... it's the 3 pairs of eyes a Nam vet has to have." "That's on the standard model?", asked the angel. The Lord nodded. "One pair that sees through elephant grass, another pair here in the side of his head for his mates, another pair here in front that can look reassuringly at his bleeding, fellow soldier and say, 'You'll make it' when he knows he won't." "Lord, take a break, and work on this tomorrow." "I can't," said the Lord. "I already have a model that can carry a wounded soldier 1,000 yards during a fire-fight, calm the fears of the new replacements, and feed a family of four on a grunt's pay cheque." The angel walked around the model and said, "Can it think?" "You bet," said the Lord. "It can quote much of the MBI's, Recite all his Unit Standing Orders, and engage in a search and destroy mission in less time than it takes for his fellow Aussies back home to discuss the morality of the War, and he can still keep his sense of humour. And you know what else? He can make a meal from a can of 'Ham and Beans', a dog biscuit, and maybe a little condensed milk, and feed all the guys in his bunker!" "This Nam vet also has phenomenal personal control. He can deal with ambushes from hell, comfort a fallen soldier's family, and then read in his home town paper how Nam vets are baby killers, psychos, addicts, killers of innocent civilians." The Lord gazed into the future and said, "He will also endure being vilified and spat on when he returns home, rejected and crucified by the very ones he fought for." Finally, the angel slowly ran his finger across the vet's cheek, and said, "There's a leak. ..I told you that you were trying to put too much into this model." "That's not a leak", said the Lord. "That's a tear." "What's the tear for?" asked the angel. "It's for bottled up emotions, for holding fallen soldiers as they die, for commitment to that funny piece of cloth called the Aussie flag, for the terror of living with PTSD for decades after the war, alone with its demons with no one to care or help." "You're a genius," said the angel, casting a gaze at the tear. The Lord looked very somber as if seeing down eternity's distant shores and said. "I didn't put it there," Author Unknown |

Two Irishmen walk into a pet shop. Right away they go to the bird section and Mick says to Paddy; "Dat's Dem". The shopkeeper comes over and asks if he can help. "Yeah, we'll take four of dem dere budgies in dat cage op dere", says Mick. "Put dem in a pepper bag". The shopkeeper does as asked and the two pay for the birds and leave. They get into Mick's van and drive until they reach a cliff with a 500ft drop. "Dis looks loike a grand place", says Mick. He then takes the two birds out of the bag, places them on his shoulders and jumps off the cliff. Paddy watches as his mate drops off the edge and goes straight down for a few seconds followed by 'Splat'. As Paddy looks over the edge of the cliff he shakes his head and says, "Fock Dat, dis budgie jumpin' is too fockin dangerous for me..." Part Two A few minutes later, Seamus approaches. He too has been to the pet shop and is carrying the familiar 'pepper bag'. He then pulls a parrot out of the bag and Paddy notices that in the other hand Seamus is carrying a gun. "Watch this Paddy" he says, as he launches himself over the edge of the cliff. Paddy watches as half way down Seamus takes the gun and blows the parrot's head off. Seamus continues to plummet until there is another 'Splat' and he joins Mick at the bottom of the cliff. Paddy shakes his head and says, "An' oim never troyin' that parrotshooting oider..." Part Three After a few minutes, Christie strolls up. He too has been to the pet shop And walks up with his 'pepper bag'. Instead of a parrot he pulls a chicken out of the bag and launches himself off the cliff with the usual result. Once more Paddy shakes his head - "Fock me Christie, first der was Mick wit his budgie jumpin, den Seamus parrotshooting - and now you fockin' hen gliding....." |

A train hits a bus load of school girls and they all perish. They are all in heaven trying to enter the pearly gates past St Peter. St Peter asks the first girl, "Karen, have you ever had any contact with a penis ?". She giggles and shyly replies, "well I once touched the head of one with the tip of my finger. St Peter says, "OK, dip the tip of your finger in the Holy Water and pass through the gate." St Peter asks the next girl the same question, "Karina have you ever had any contact with a penis?" The girl is a little reluctant but replies "Well once I fondled and stroked one." St Peter says "OK, dip your whole hand in The Holy Water and pass through the gate." All of a sudden there is a lot of commotion in the line of girls, one girls is pushing her way to the front of the line! . When she reaches the front of the line St Peter says "Susan! What seems to be the rush?" The girl replies "If I'm going to have to gargle that Holy Water, I want to do it before Jackie sticks her ass in it". |

Hi Pom I have just discovered your website and must say it is a great site and you have done a tremendous job. While looking through the course photographs I was surprised to find one of myself. Your have it listed as Course 29 but I am fairly sure we were course 25. I looked at the photographs on either side and dont remember any of the trainees. Course 25 was the first course conducted in 1977. I injured my knee two weeks before the end of course and was removed from the course which is why it has suspended next to my name. I was still at the school when course 26 began about May 1977. Fred Holtman had transfered from Laverton in December and course 26 was his first offical course as instructor. I recognised the trainees in the photo, in fact I remember sharing a room with Hurley. I was discharged from the airforce while this course was running. Your photographs certainly brought back some happy memories and I remeber my time at GDTF with fondness. I hope this information assists you. Keep up the great work. Cheers John Bentley |

This is just great!!!!! It should happen in a few other countries that have a smart attitude.... Hasta la vista, baby?" Always be careful what you ask for, you just may get it ! One of the many headaches that the U. S. has had was the Puerto Rican Island of Vieques. In the waning years of the Clinton administration, protesters demanded that the US Navy abandon bombing and naval gun fire exercises that had taken place on the largely uninhabited island for nearly seventy years. Liberal icons bumped into one another to fly to Puerto Rico, boat over to the island, trespass (but never on a day that there was an exercise scheduled) and get arrested for the benefit of the New York Times or Newsweek. They included the Reverend Al Sharpton, Mrs. Jesse Jackson, Joan Baez, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Edward Olomos, Michael Moore and Ramsey Clark, just to name a few. In 2002, the bombing exercises were transferred to an Air Force bombing range in central Florida, not far from the Jacksonville and Pensacola Naval Air Stations. In January, many of the protesters were back in Puerto Rico, celebrating the final bombing exercise on Vieques and waved Puerto Rican flags and placards that read "U.S. Navy, get out of Puerto Rico." The following Feb, Rumsfeld announced that the U.S. Navy will close the Roosevelt Roads Naval Air Station in Puerto Rico in 2004, eliminating 1200 civilian jobs as well as 700 military positions. This naval facility is estimated to put nearly $300 million annually into the local economy. The next day a stunned Governor Sila Calderon, held a news conference in San Juan, protesting the base closure as a serious blow to Commonwealth's fragile economy. The governor stated that "The people of Puerto Rico don't now or never did have an interest in closing the Vieques bombing range or the Roosevelt Roads naval base. We are interested in both staying in Puerto Rico." When asked, the Commander-in Chief, Western Atlantic Command, said, "Without Vieques, I see no further need for the facility at Roosevelt Roads. None." So, Yanqui go home? Fine. But we'll take our dollars with us. Hasta la vista, baby! On February 21, the Secretary of Defense also announced that starting this year, the U.S. European Command would begin moving most if not all of its active combat and support units from bases in Germany to others being established in Poland, The Czech Republic, Hungary and Turkey to "better position them for rapid deployment to likely hot spots in those parts of the world". Immediately the business and government leaders in the German states of Hesse, Rhineland and Wurttemburg, protested the loss of nearly $6 billion in revenue each year from the bases and manpower to be displaced. A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry speculated that the move may be "what the Americans call 'payback' for the actions of this government in opposing military action in Iraq." Does anyone know the German translation for "Hasta la vista, baby?" Oh, ain't it nice to see a government with guts and a good memory? What fun! GOD BLESS AMERICA! |
Come don't be a wacker Beckie reakons that 576.8 is not a bad score. Can you do better ???? Click either the pic or line above to try ya luck. |
Hi Pom I am glad the information was helpful. Thank you for the invitation to the reunion. It would be nice to see the guys I served with as I have not had any contact with them since 1977. I must admit though that I had not given it any consideration. Until Friday I was not even aware of the existence of the ADG Association or that a reunion was being organised. Looking at the dates for the reunion I would have a clash of commitments for the first few days. These days I am a University lecturer in history and politics (a far cry from the 17 year old trainee ADGie) and have teaching commitments up to the 23rd April. I could possibly come up for the Reunion Dinner and travel back home on the Saturday or at the latest Sunday lunch time. I do not know exactly how your reunion is organised so if this is feasible I would certainly give it some serious consideration. Cheers John Bentley |
